Section 449.3953 - Hearings: Representation; evidence; rights of parties1. The complainant may be represented at the hearing by an attorney or another person designated by the complainant.2. The hearing officer is not bound by the technical rules of evidence. Decisions concerning the admissibility of evidence must be made in accordance with NRS 233B.123.3.
