Section 449.365 - Obstetrical services: Required services1. An obstetric department of a hospital shall provide services for labor, delivery, newborn care and recovery care, and shall maintain the areas in which these services are provided in a safe and clean manner.2. The obstetric department must be equipped with those items needed to provide obstetrical care and emergency procedures in life-threatening situations to a mother or her baby.Nev. Admin.
