Section 449.767 - Action to enjoin operation without license1. The Division may bring an action in the name of the State to enjoin any person, partnership, corporation or association, or any state or local governmental unit or agency thereof, from establishing or maintaining a home health agency: (a) Without first obtaining a license therefor; or(b) After his or her license has been revoked or suspended by the Division.2. It is sufficient in the action to allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, operate and maintain an agency without a license.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.767
