Section 449.010 - Severability

If any of the provisions of NAC 449.002 to 449.99939, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
