Section 449.0068 - "Services" defined

"Services" means medical or personal care, including necessary preparation of food, laundry and housekeeping in the case of a residential facility and items such as medical diagnosis and treatment, drugs and biologicals, supplies, appliances, equipment, medical-social services and use of a facility.
