Section 449.0046 - "Incident" defined

"Incident" means an action, practice or situation that appears to be inconsistent with a federal or state statute, rule or regulation of the Division or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or conditions and standards of or requirement for participation in Medicare or Medicaid.
