Section 449.002 - Definitions

As used in NAC 449.002 to 449.99939, inclusive, and sections 2 to 9, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 449.0022 to 449.0072, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
