Section 449.579 - Patient care: Technicians must demonstrate certain knowledge and competency

A dialysis technician who provides care directly to a patient of a facility must demonstrate knowledge of and competency to carry out the responsibilities specified in NAC 449.5705 to 449.5775, inclusive.
