Section 449.5555 - Social workersEach social worker employed by a facility must:
1. Be licensed as a social worker in this State and hold a master's degree in social work from a graduate school of social work that is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; or2. Have worked for at least 2 years as a social worker, 1 year of which was in a facility or transplantation program before September 1, 1976, and have established a consultative relationship with a social worker who has a master's degree in social work from a graduate school of social work that is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.Nev.
