Section 449.121 - Certain facilities authorized to offer program
A social model detoxification program may be offered to clients in:
1. Residential programs that offer detoxification services;2. A licensed facility for modified medical detoxification pursuant to NAC 449.15311 to 449.15367, inclusive; or3. A medically managed intensive detoxification program.
