Section 449.091 - Transfer of client to another facility1. Except in the case of an emergency, the transfer of a client to another facility must not be effected until the client, attending physician, if any, and responsible agency are notified in advance.2. If a client is transferred to another facility, information required for appropriate continuation of care must be released to the receiving facility in compliance with the standards set forth in 42 C.F.R. Part 2, which are hereby adopted by reference. A copy of the standards may be obtained from the Division, free of charge, upon request.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.091
