Section 449.15335 - Liability insurance

Liability insurance in a sufficient amount to protect clients, members of the staff, volunteers and visitors, must be maintained by each facility. A certificate of insurance must be furnished to the Division. The certificate must include, without limitation, provision for 30 days' notice to the Division of cancellation or the nonrenewal of a policy of insurance.
