Section 449.4078 - Requirements for admission; designation of physician1. Each client shall, before being admitted to the facility, provide the facility with: (a) The results of a physical examination conducted by a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse within the preceding 6 months;(b) A summary of the client's medical history prepared by a physician, physician assistant or registered nurse, within the preceding 6 months;(c) A statement from the client's physician which indicates that the facility is an appropriate setting for the client; and(d) Any special dietary requirements.2. Each client shall designate a physician to be called in case of emergency. The facility must make all necessary arrangements to secure the services of a licensed physician for a client if his or her own physician is not available.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.4078
