Section 449.40725 - Orientation and training of employees and volunteersAll employees and volunteers at the facility:
1. Shall participate in a program of general orientation to inform them of the programs, policies and services of the facility;2. Must receive a copy of the facility's policies and procedures; and3. Must receive training at the facility on a regular basis, but not less than 12 hours per year.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.40725
