Section 449.4071 - Policies and procedures; accounting1. Every facility must have a written policy concerning: (a) Admission, discharge and care of clients;(b) Employees of the facility; and(c) Fiscal and administrative procedures for the facility, which must be evaluated at least once a year.
2. The system of accounting and financial reporting used by a facility must reflect the fiscal experience and current financial position of the facility.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.4071
