Section 449.4065 - Consultation with representative of Division; notice of nonconformity1. A representative of the Division will be available upon request for consultation to assure compliance with applicable regulations.2. If a licensed facility does not conform to any requirement for licensing, the Division will issue a written notice specifying the nature of the nonconformity and set a time within which the facility must conform.Nev.
