Section 449.841 - Record regarding recipient of services: Retention; availability for review by representatives of Department of Health and Human Services1. A provider shall retain the original records of each person who receives services from the provider as provided in NAC 449.840, or photographic reproductions of such records, for at least 3 years after the provider ceases to provide services to the person.2.
