Section 449.828 - Policies and procedures of governmental or organizational provider

If a provider is a governmental entity or an organization, it shall, in conformance with the provisions of this chapter and chapter 449 of NRS, establish policies and procedures for the provision of services and the welfare of the persons it serves.
