Section 449.801 - Definitions

As used in NAC 449.801 to 449.861, inclusive, and sections 13 and 14, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 449.802 to 449.816, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
