Section 449.99919 - Effect of failure to agree to appointment of or to relinquish authority to temporary managerIf a facility fails to agree to the appointment of a temporary manager or fails to relinquish authority to the temporary manager, the Division of Public and Behavioral Health shall:
1. Request the Attorney General to bring an action pursuant to NRS 439.565;2. Deny, suspend or revoke the license of the facility; and3. If applicable, request the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy to terminate the provider agreement of the facility in accordance with the requirements of the Medicaid program.Nev. Admin.
