Section 449.99901 - Daily penalty: Computation according to number of recipients

If a monetary penalty is assessed on a daily basis according to the number of recipients and the number of recipients fluctuates, the penalty must be computed on the basis of the average daily number of recipients during the 3 months preceding the imposition of the penalty.
