Section 449.99844 - Interpretation of provisions in accordance with federal standards

With respect to facilities governed by the federal Medicare or Medicaid criteria, the provisions of NAC 449.9982 to 449.99939, inclusive, must be interpreted in accordance with applicable federal standards.
