Section 447.320 - Control of vermin1. All openings to the exterior of a hotel must be protected from rodents, flies and other vermin.2. The interior and exterior of a hotel must be maintained in a condition which will prevent the harborage or feeding of vermin.3. Pesticides may be used only as approved by the appropriate health authority. The authority shall attach such conditions to its approval as will prevent danger to the public health from the use of the pesticides.Nev. Admin. Code § 447.320
