Section 446.458 - Cleaning implements and supplies1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, suitable cleaning implements and supplies, including, without limitation, high-pressure pumps, hot water, steam and detergent, must be provided as necessary for the effective cleaning of receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables and returnables.2. If approved, off-premises based cleaning services may be used if on-premises cleaning implements and supplies are not provided on the premises.Nev. Admin. Code § 446.458
