Section 446.129 - Wild mushroom species1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, mushroom species picked in the wild must be obtained from sources where each mushroom is individually inspected and found to be safe by an approved mushroom identification expert.2. This section does not apply to: (a) Cultivated wild mushroom species that are grown, harvested and processed in an operation that is regulated by the food regulatory agency which has jurisdiction over the operation; or(b) Wild mushroom species that are in packaged form and are the product of a food processing establishment that is regulated by the food regulatory agency which has jurisdiction over the establishment.Nev.
