Section 446.612 - Use of tracking-powder pesticides1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a tracking-powder pesticide must not be used in a food establishment.2. If used, a nontoxic tracking powder, including, without limitation, talcum or flour, must not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.Nev. Admin.
