Section 446.817 - HACCP plan: Submission and approval1. Before engaging in an activity that requires an HACCP plan, a permit applicant or permit holder must submit to the health authority for approval a properly prepared HACCP plan and the relevant provisions of this chapter if: (a) Submission of an HACCP plan is required by the health authority;(b) A waiver is required by the health authority; or(c) The health authority determines that a food preparation or processing method requires a waiver based on a plan submitted in response to an inspectional finding, or a waiver request.2. A permit applicant or permit holder must have a properly prepared HACCP plan as specified in this chapter.Nev. Admin. Code § 446.817
