Section 446.759 - Miscellaneous provisions1. Any proposed change of location, equipment or operation of a mobile unit must receive prior approval from the health authority.2. Compressed gas bottles must be securely fastened to a wall or other stationary object in such a manner as to prevent damage to the valve mechanism.3. When facilities or equipment are inadequate to protect the public health, the health authority, after due consideration of all pertinent factors, may restrict the mode of operation of a mobile unit.Nev.
