Section 446.376 - Mechanical washing of linens1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, linens must be mechanically washed.2. In food establishments in which only wiping cloths are laundered, the wiping cloths may be laundered in a mechanical washer, a sink designated only for laundering wiping cloths or a warewashing or food preparation sink that is cleaned with an approved method.Nev.
