Section 446.371 - On-premises laundering1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, if work clothes or linens are laundered on the premises, a mechanical clothes washer and dryer must be provided and used.2. If on-premises laundering is limited to wiping cloths intended to be used moist, or wiping cloths are air-dried in a manner which prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles and wiping cloths, a mechanical clothes washer and dryer need not be provided.Nev.
