Section 446.074 - Handling of animals1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, food employees may not care for or handle animals that may be present in the food establishment, including, without limitation, patrol dogs, service animals or pets that are allowed as provided in this chapter.2. Food employees with service animals may handle or care for their service animals and food employees may handle or care for fish in aquariums or molluscan shellfish or crustaceans in display tanks, if they wash their hands as prescribed in this chapter.Nev.
