Section 446.0315 - "Shellfish control authority" defined

"Shellfish control authority" means a state, federal, foreign, tribal or other governmental entity that is legally responsible for administering a program which includes certification of molluscan shellfish harvesters and dealers for purposes of interstate commerce.
