Section 446.0102 - "Accessible" defined"Accessible" means:
1. When applied to equipment other than plumbing equipment, fabricated to be exposed for cleaning and inspection using simple tools, including, without limitation, handheld screwdrivers, pliers and open-ended wrenches.2. When applied to plumbing fixtures, plumbing connections, plumbing appliances or plumbing equipment: (a) Having access thereto, but which may require the removal of an access panel, door or similar obstruction; and(b) Not blocked by equipment or other barriers.Nev.
