Section 446.973 - Producers of farm products: Certification required

The producer of the farm products to be sold at a farmers' market must be certified by the State Department of Agriculture. A certificate issued to such a producer from another state, if equivalent to those issued by the State Department of Agriculture, shall be deemed acceptable. A copy of the certification must be provided to the health authority.
