A producer of organic agricultural products of the soil who possesses a certificate of organic certification issued by the State Department of Agriculture, or who can provide documentation indicating that the produce offered for sale is from an approved source, is exempt from the requirements set forth in NAC 576.300 to 576.440, inclusive, and all applicable provisions of this chapter. The exemption set forth in this section does not allow for sampling of produce.
