Section 446.356 - Cooking and baking equipment and microwave ovens: Cleaning frequency1. The food-contact surfaces of cooking and baking equipment must be cleaned at least once every 24 hours. This subsection does not apply to hot oil cooking and filtering equipment if it is cleaned on an approved schedule.2. The cavities and door seals of microwave ovens must be cleaned at least once every 24 hours by using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure.Nev. Admin. Code § 446.356
