Section 446.249 - Cased or overwrapped lot handling apparatuses

Apparatuses, including, without limitation, dollies, pallets, racks and skids used to store and transport large quantities of packaged foods received from a supplier in a cased or overwrapped lot, must be designed to be moved by hand or by conveniently available apparatuses such as hand trucks and forklifts.
