Section 446.218 - Exposed nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment which are exposed to splash, spillage or other food soiling or which require frequent cleaning must be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and smooth material.
