Section 445C.390 - Severability of provisions

If any provision of NAC 445C.200 to 445C.390, inclusive, or the application of the provision to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that the invalidity not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
