Section 445C.370 - Grants for purchase and installation of upgrades: Recipient to make certain records available for audit and inspection by the Division

A recipient shall make available at any reasonable time for audit and inspection by any authorized representative of the Division all records related to the use of grant money for the purchase and installation of upgrades.
