Section 445C.255 - Division may contract with third party to provide owners and operators technical assistance

The Division may contract or enter into an agreement with a third party to provide technical assistance to owners and operators of storage tanks for the purpose of facilitating compliance with state and federal regulations applicable to the operation of storage tanks.
