Section 445B.816 - Adoption by reference of certain California regulations1. For the purposes of applying the provisions of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations adopted by reference in subsection 1, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "California" means the State of Nevada;(b) "CARB" or "AIR Resources Board" means the Department; and(c) "Executive Officer" means the Director.3.
