Section 445B.808 - "Zero emission vehicle" and "ZEV" defined

"Zero emission vehicle" or "ZEV" means a vehicle that produces zero exhaust emissions of any criteria pollutant, precursor pollutant or greenhouse gas under any possible operational mode or condition.
