Section 445B.784 - "Auxiliary power unit" defined1. Auxiliary power unit" means any device that:(a) Provides electrical or mechanical energy to a range extended battery electric vehicle after the zero emission range has been fully depleted; and(b) Meets the requirements of section 1962.2(c)(2) of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 445B.816.2.
