Section 445B.3655 - Establishment and implementation of Nevada Mercury Air Emissions Control Program

The Commission will establish and the Director shall implement the Nevada Mercury Air Emissions Control Program in accordance with the provisions set forth in NAC 445B.3611 to 445B.3689, inclusive, to require a mercury operating permit to construct and the application of NvMACT for thermal units that emit mercury.
