Section 445B.271 - Use of alternative method or equivalent method to determine compliance with permit

An alternative method or an equivalent method may be used to determine compliance with a standard, requirement or condition for a permit that is required pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 to 7671 q, inclusive, if it is first approved by the Administrator.
