Section 445B.227 - Prohibited conduct: Operation of source without required equipment; removal or modification of required equipment; modification of required procedureExcept as otherwise provided in NAC 445B.001 to 445B.3689, inclusive, no person may:
1. Operate a stationary source of air pollution unless the control equipment for air pollution which is required by applicable requirements or conditions of the permit is installed and operating.2. Disconnect, alter, modify or remove any of the control equipment for air pollution or modify any procedure required by an applicable requirement or condition of the permit.Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.227
