Section 445B.036 - "Class I source" defined

"Class I source" means any stationary source:

1. Which is subject to the requirements of 42 U.S.C. §§ 7661 to 7661 f, inclusive;

2. For which the owner or operator has proposed the construction of a major modification; or

3. Which is a major stationary source.
