Section 445B.027 - "Bank" and "banking" defined

"Bank" or "banking" means the procedure which allows the Director to collect, identify, track, store and reserve emission reduction credits for future air quality management use, including, without limitation, the sale, transfer or demonstration of maintenance or progress towards attainment, according to the requirements of sections 13 to 23, inclusive, of this regulation.
