Section 445B.015 - "Alternative method" defined

"Alternative method" means any method of sampling and analyzing for a regulated air pollutant which is not a reference or equivalent method, but which has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Director that, in specific cases, it produces results adequate to determine compliance.
